Dale Ranger
UK Facilities Manager

As the Facilities Manager at Hubflow, Dale is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of our buildings, ensuring they meet the standards for our clients. Dale’s role encompasses managing daily operations, coordinating maintenance and construction projects, overseeing budgets, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Outside of work, Dale is a passionate film enthusiast with an extensive Blu-ray collection and enjoys sharing reviews and critiques of the latest releases on his Letterboxd profile.

 

Conor Butcher
Acquisition Manager

Having 10 years in the commercial office world, Conor has worked for some of the worlds largest serviced office brokerages and office providers.
With expert consultative and sales skills, he has paired up clients with their dream offices globally, ranging from start up spaces to enterprise floors. Spending his time walking the streets of London finding the next Hubflow site, it pairs nicely into his private hobby of hiking around the UK and spending a lot of the time relaxing in the country, before getting back into the city.

Head of Finance & HR

With over 20 years experience in the industry, Sarah leads Hubflow’s UK accounts and HR operations, ensuring smooth financial management and efficient human resources practices. With a focus on accuracy and employee well-being, Sarah plays a key role in aligning the company’s financial objectives with its people-centric culture. She brings expertise in both accounting and HR, contributing to the overall success and growth of Hubflow.

 

TJ Milligan
Marketing Manager

TJ oversees Hubflow’s marketing strategies, focusing on driving growth through dynamic social media engagement and the creation of impactful marketing materials such as organic content, newsletters, flyers and so on. Alongside driving sales for our only co-working space (located in Belfast), TJ is dedicated to leveraging AI technology to expand customer reach while developing innovative content that resonate with the target audience. His expertise in digital marketing and creative content plays a critical role in advancing Hubflow’s presence and success in the managed office market.
