General

  1. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
  2. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
  3. These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.

  6. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
  7. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of Northern Ireland and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.

Broker Fee Payment Clause:

Upon successful completion of securing a member facilitated by the broker, the following terms and conditions govern the payment of broker fees by the member:

  1. Hubflow will pay 10% of the firsts years rental
  2. Payment Timeline: The broker fees shall not be due and payable until up to 30 days after the new customer (introduced by the broker) has moved into their new space. The customer shall have this grace period to settle into their new space and assess the satisfaction of the arrangement.
  3. Notification and Invoice: The broker shall provide the member with a formal invoice detailing the broker fees and outlining the payment terms within 5 business days after the new customer has moved into the new space. The invoice will include a clear breakdown of the services provided by the broker.
  4. In the event the new customer fails to fulfil their rental obligations within the initial 12 month period, the broker will refund fees proportionally to Hubflow.

Our dedicated support team will endeavor to troubleshoot and rectify any WiFi-related concerns as promptly as possible, ensuring minimal disruption to your service. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to maintain high standards of connectivity for your convenience
