Assistant Office Manager (Full Time)

Hubflow is a successful coworking business with currently two facilities in Belfast, N.Ireland and plans to expand across the UK and Ireland with London Victoria opening in Q1 2022. The Assistant Office Manager will support our on site Belfast team and help to manage our spaces. This position will play a key role in the growth and success of Hubflow and will have opportunities for progression within the business.

Job Duties

● Engage with all the members of Hubflow – being a friendly face to meet and greet
● Ensure the space is well maintained and ready for our members use (keeping all areas
of the space clean and sanitized at all times is of the highest priority).
● Maximise the membership experience at Hubflow
● Assist with member sign-ups and tours
● Assist with marketing and social media
● Assist with paperwork and invoicing
● Assist with the overall management of our space and the needs of our members; this
may include occasional work outside of office opening hours
● Assist with greeting guests and informing members that guests have arrived
● Utilise operational systems to their fullest capacity and ensure all is working correctly;
training will be provided.
● Manage relationships with partners and suppliers, with clear communication at all times
● Assist with opening of new locations across Ireland and UK

Qualifications / Experience:

● Previous hospitality experience
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Sales background
● Excellent organisational skills, with good attention to detail
● Integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic and
empathy skills
● Initiative, and an innovative and creative outlook
● Positive attitude
● Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Pro rota hours between 08:00 -18:00, Monday to Friday
